In Hungary this international exhibition represents a unique value that makes rightly proud the host of the event, the Bábolna Nemzeti Ménesbirtok. It is a good proof of recognition that both exhibitors and the majority of visitors attend the exhibition year by year.
Bábolnai Gazdanapok tends to follow their traditional programs year by year as well as the practical agricultural machine show, which is the substance of the exhibition. The agricultural machinery distributors and machinery manufacturers also professional organisations always determine a subject that is in focus.
The time has come when the farmers have to save their resources and have to grow more crops on the same land, because of they grow their efficiency. This fact has brought a change in agriculture, digitalisation has begun and developments have focused on precision and smart solutions.
The cost efficient farming is based on the locally specific farming. The biggest advantage of the Bábolnai Gazdanapok is that we can show machines and tools for precision plant cultivation while they are working. At these practical machinery shows the specialists are able to highlight the machine’s characteristics, sensitivity, necessity and at the same time the farmers can get information about the ecomonic rate of return.
At the consultant points farmers can also exchange views on the extended farm-management. Climate change leads also in Hungary to a rethink of field crops varieties. This year we help farmers to get information about plant breeding, therefore we have invited researchers and seed distributors.
We prepare to represent a soil segment, where the specialists and visitors can observe the cultivator machines while they are working.
One of the parts of the event is a „Vocational School Day”, when the students of agricultural vocational school are kindly waited. The students are going to have the opportunity to take a „tractor test driving”.
Thanks to the great interest, we will again hold the professional round table discussions on the stage of the Bábolnai Gazdanapok Fórum.
Besides, we are going to welcome the families with a lot of entertaining programs. There will be horse show, promenade and playhouse.
Beyond the succesfull organisation of Bábolnai Gazdanapok, the Bábolnai Nemzeti Ménesbirtok consider important historical and traditional horse breeding, gene preservation as well.
